Khalifa St. Fort is track and field sprinter who competes in 100m and 200m races. She is the 2017 Pan American Under20 100m champion, and St. Fort finished 6th in the 100m in the 2018 Commonwealth Games and was a member of the 100m relay team which placed 4th in the finals.

In 2017, Khalifa won her second straight Pan American Junior Championship 100m title. Other accolades from her career include 100m silver medalist in the 2015 World Under18 Championships; 100m bronze medalist  in the 2016 World Under20 Championships; and a member of the 5th placed Trinidad and Tobago 100m relay team in the 2016 Olympics.

St. Fort holds 100m national junior/CAC and national youth records with times of 11.06 and 11.19 respectively. Her personal best of 11.19s wind-legal from the 2015 World Youth Championships is the eighth-fastest time ever run by a female under the age of 18. The personal best of 11.06 (+0.9 m/s), ran at the 2018 Trinidad & Tobago National Championships, is the tenth-best international time for under-20 100m women (as at 25 April 2018).
