Our primary focus is ensuring that our employees and service providers are able to perform their duties without negative effects to their health. We have implemented occupational health programmes such as our Fitness For Work (FFW) programme, where employees and service providers performing high risk activities are required to undergo a suite of medical tests to determine if they are medically fit to do the work. Additionally, we have programmes and policies focused on Fatigue Management and Noise and Hearing Conservation.

The overall wellness of our employees and service providers remains a top priority. Our goal is to help our employees achieve healthy lifestyles and wellness beyond the workplace. To facilitate this, we operate fitness centres/gyms for employees, plan company hikes, health lectures and fitness challenges.

We also maintain a 24-hour Occupational Health Department, which provides first aid care for employees and service providers in the case of incidents and emergencies. Services also include health counselling, as well as personalised nutritional assessments and counselling via a registered dietician.
