Atlantic’s Ethical Compliance Reporting Procedure – SPEAK OUT!

Transparent and open communication are valuable to Atlantic. If an employee suspects or is aware of any unethical or illegal conduct within the organisation, he or she has the responsibility to speak up or SPEAK OUT! even if they are in no way involved with the misconduct itself.

When concerns about integrity and misconduct arise, Atlantic’s employees and Business Partners have many avenues via which they can make reports and they are free to use the avenue most comfortable for them, including:

  1. Immediate Supervisor (usually a good place to start)
  2. Directly to the Head Internal Audit and/or Director, Corporate Security either through face to face meetings, telephone or emails.
  3. Directly to any member of the Leadership Team.
  4. Speak Out!- Hotline, Internet or Dropboxes.

The Atlantic Speak Out! Hotline is managed by a third-party company and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Anonymous reports through Speak Out! are permissible.

All reports made are investigated in accordance with Atlantic’s Complaint Handling Procedures with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality to the maximum extent possible. Atlantic strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report.
