In response to the recent devastation in the Bahamas, LNG producer Atlantic has provided USD $30,000 to assist with ongoing relief efforts through the American Chamber of Commerce Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAM TT). Adding to the company’s corporate gift, members of staff pitched in to make both financial contributions and to collect relief supplies including water, clothing and non-perishable food items. These were donated to the Point Fortin Borough Corporation in Atlantic’s home community, as part of the drive to support continuing recovery efforts. The donated items will make their way to families in the Bahamas on Friday October 4.
As a member of the Chamber, and in solidarity with the larger Caribbean community, Atlantic continues to encourage support efforts to help Bahamians recover from the impact of Hurricane Dorian.
